摘要:
微小RNA-223(miR-223)定位于X染色体上,在进化过程中高度保守。近年来,许多研究指出miR-223在多种消化系统肿瘤如食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、结直肠癌中表达异常,其可通过多种信号通路参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭等过程,并有望成为消化系统肿瘤诊断和预后的标志物。
