程忠平 E-mail:mdcheng18@263.net摘要:肿瘤相关中性粒细胞(TAN)在构建、维持和促进肿瘤微环境中扮演重要角色。TAN在不同因素调控下表现出抑制或促进肿瘤的双重作用,既能通过直接杀灭肿瘤细胞、激活免疫应答发挥抑瘤效应,也可通过促进血管生成、介导肿瘤侵袭转移等机制发挥促瘤效应。新近研究发现,TAN还与肿瘤转移灶生态龛(PMN)密切相关,其可通过改变干扰素-γ等细胞因子含量促进PMN的构建和维持。
