摘要：Yin-Yang1(YY1)是一种具有双重转录活性的核转录因子，广泛分布于真核细胞中，调节多种基因的转录活性，在细胞生物学进程中发挥重要作用。近年来研究发现，YY1在多种肿瘤组织中有高表达，可能通过调控癌基因、抑癌基因、血管生成相关因子和抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡等途径促进肿瘤发生发展。提示YY1可能成为一种新的肿瘤标志物，将有助于判断肿瘤患者的预后及在肿瘤靶向治疗中取得新的突破。

Abstract:Yin-Yang1(YY1), as a ubiquitous nuclear transcription factor with double transcriptional activity in eukaryotic cells, regulates many genes transcription andplays an important role inthe cellule biological processes. Overexpression of YY1 is found in several tumor types recently, and may play a role in tumor development and progression by regulating oncogenes, tumor suppressor genes, angiogenesis related factors, as well as apoptosis. YY1 may become a new kind of tumor markers, is conducive toestimatethe prognosis of patients with tumor and gain important breakthrough in cancer targeted therapy.
