摘要：LATS2基因为LATS肿瘤抑制家族成员，通过Hippo通路、p53 基因和Ras-ERK等信号途径在调节人类细胞周期和肿瘤的发生发展中起重要作用。一旦LATS2在细胞表达异常，可能导致肿瘤的发生。

Abstract:LATS2 gene, as one homolog of LATS tumor suppressor family, plays an important role in the control of cell cycles and tumor development through Hippo pathway, p53 gene and Ras-ERK signal transduction. Once an aberrant expression of LATS2 in cell to happen, it may lead to the tumor occurrence.
