Abstract:MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are closely associated with the development, invasion, metastasis and prognosis of cholangiocarcinoma (CCA). The abnormal expressions of miRNA play important roles in regulating the genetic variation, cell cycle, invasion and metastasisability and apoptosis of CCA. MiRNAs are hopeful for being used as the biological markers of early diagnosis, prognosis and treatment target.
