Clinical characteristics and treatment progress of triple-negative breast cancer

Abstract:Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a subtype of breast cancers which have exclusive pathological and molecular biological characteristics. TNBC’s chief feature is early recurrence, rapidly progressive and poor prognosis. Operation, chemotherapy and radiotherapy are the major therapies for TNBC. In recent years, with the developing of the research, new chemotherapeutic drugs and targeted therapies are applied to clinical therapy gradually.
