目的 探究本科护生对安宁疗护的态度及其影响因素。 方法 采用整群抽样的方法选取潍坊医学院2017至2020级护理学本科生864名，采用自行设计的基本情况调查表及临终关怀态度调查量表（中文版）进行调查研究；采用独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析法和多元线性回归分析法研究护生对安宁疗护态度的影响因素。 结果 护生对安宁疗护态度的总分为75 ~ 146（97.92 ± 8.29）分，对安宁疗护的态度主要受性别、生源地和是否愿意照护临终患者3个因素影响（P < 0.01，R2 = 0.080）。 结论 护生对安宁疗护的态度评分处于中等水平，且受性别、生源地及是否愿意照护临终患者3个因素影响；医学院校需要开展相关课程，提高护生对安宁疗护的态度，使其树立正确的观念，以期提高对临终患者的护理质量。

The attitudes and influencing factors of palliative care of undergraduate nursing students

ObjectiveTo understand the attitudes of nursing undergraduates towards palliative care， and to explore the factors that affect the degree of nursing ecology.MethodsA convenient sampling method was adopted to select 864 undergraduate nursing students from Weifang Medical College from 2017 to 2020. Based on general demographic data and Attitudes Toward Care of the Dying Scale （Chinese version）， the survey was conducted in the form of questionnaires. The independent sample t test， analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis were used to screen out the influencing factors of nursing undergraduates’ attitudes towards palliative care.ResultsNursing students’ attitude towards palliative care treatment is affected by three factors： gender， registered and willingness to care for dying patients （P< 0.01，R2= 0.080）.ConclusionUndergraduate nursing students’ attitude towards palliative care treatment is at a medium level and is affected by many factors. Correct concepts should be established and corresponding courses should be carried out to improve the attitude of palliative care treatment and the quality of care for dying patients.
