目的 比较儿童影像学检查应用瑞马唑仑与丙泊酚的镇静效果。 方法 选取2023年2月—2024年2月于泰安市妇幼保健院接受影像学检查的儿童120例为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。其中观察组使用瑞马唑仑0.3 mg/kg麻醉,对照组影像学检查使用丙泊酚2 mg/kg麻醉。对比2组麻醉效果,麻醉前(T1)、麻醉后5 min(T2)、麻醉后10 min(T3)、检查结束后10 min(T4)、检查结束后20 min(T5)的平均动脉压(mean arterial pressure, MAP)、心率(heart rate, HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)水平以及脑电双频指数(bispectral index, BIS)值和不良反应发生情况。 结果 与对照组比较,观察组麻醉起效时间长,苏醒时间短,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);T2 ~ T4时,观察组MAP、HR、SpO2及BIS值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.05);2组T1与T5时MAP、HR、SpO2和BIS值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);2组间术中体动、苏醒后头晕、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。 结论 与丙泊酚比较,应用瑞马唑仑镇静效果好且苏醒迅速,对儿童循环、呼吸影响小,麻醉持续时间短。

Results Compared with the control group, the effect time of anesthesia in the observation group was longer and the recovery time was shorter (P < 0.05). At T2~T4, the values of MAP, HR, SpO2 and BIS in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in MAP, HR, SpO2 and BIS values between the observation group and the control group at T1 and T5 (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of intraoperative body movement, dizziness, nausea and vomiting after recovery between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Compared with propofol, remazolam has better sedative effect and rapid recovery, less influence on circulation and respiration, and shorter duration of anesthesia.

      摘要

      目的比较儿童影像学检查应用瑞马唑仑与丙泊酚的镇静效果。方法选取2023年2月—2024年2月于泰安市妇幼保健院接受影像学检查的儿童120例为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。其中观察组使用瑞马唑仑0.3 mg/kg麻醉,对照组影像学检查使用丙泊酚2 mg/kg麻醉。对比2组麻醉效果,麻醉前(T1)、麻醉后5 min(T2)、麻醉后10 min(T3)、检查结束后10 min(T4)、检查结束后20 min(T5)的平均动脉压(mean arterial pressure, MAP)、心率(heart rate, HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)水平以及脑电双频指数(bispectral index, BIS)值和不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组麻醉起效时间长,苏醒时间短,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05);T2 ~ T4时,观察组MAP、HR、SpO2及BIS值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.05);2组T1与T5时MAP、HR、SpO2和BIS值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);2组间术中体动、苏醒后头晕、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论与丙泊酚比较,应用瑞马唑仑镇静效果好且苏醒迅速,对儿童循环、呼吸影响小,麻醉持续时间短。

      Abstract
