摘要:

人体肠道内的微生物群落对维持机体正常功能和健康至关重要,其生态学的改变目前已涉及到许多疾病的发病机制。因此,基于肠道微生物群落调节的新型治疗手段激起了广大研究者的兴趣。粪菌移植(fecal microbiota transplantation, FMT)通过移植健康人粪便中的功能菌群修复并重建受试者肠道菌群。迄今为止,FMT已经在难治性艰难梭菌感染、炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征、慢性功能性便秘、肠道肿瘤等疾病中展现出不凡的治疗效果,但因其作用机制和安全性未完全明确,该技术尚未被广泛应用。本文主要综述了粪菌移植技术的定义、作用机制、在胃肠道疾病中的作用及应用前景。

Abstract:

The microbial community in the human intestine is very important to the function and health of the body. The changes in its ecology have been involved in the pathogenesis of many diseases. For this reason, novel treatment options based on the regulation of the intestinal microbiota have aroused the interest of many scholars. Fecal microbiota transplantation refers to the transplantation of functional flora from the feces of healthy people into the gastrointestinal tract of subjects to repair and reconstruct the intestinal flora. FMT has already shown amazing therapeutic effects in refractory and recurrent clostridium difficile infection, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic functional constipation, intestinal cancer and other diseases, but its mechanism of action and safety are not completely clear, and the technology has not been widely used. This paper mainly reviews the definition, mechanism, the role and application prospect of fecal bacteria transplantation technology in gastrointestinal diseases.
