摘要:
半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂1(CST1)是2型Cystatins超家族成员之一,在靶向调节中起关键的作用。CST1在胃癌中呈现高表达,通过激活上皮-间质转化通路、Wnt信号通路促进肿瘤细胞的迁移和侵袭,并与同源盒C10、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4相应靶基因结合调控肿瘤生长和发展。深入了解CST1在胃癌中的作用和功能,有助于进一步开发针对胃癌的潜在治疗靶点和诊断及预后标志物。
