Yang Yu E-mail:yangy@medmail.com.cn摘要:内质网应激(ERS)作为一种细胞应激过程,在多种细胞、多种情况下可被激活。近年来发现,ERS存在于多种肿瘤细胞中。体内外研究证实ERS参与介导肿瘤细胞的凋亡、自噬性死亡和免疫原性细胞死亡,以及促进肿瘤细胞存活、调控细胞周期等多个过程,从而在肿瘤细胞中发挥多种作用。因此研究ERS将有助于进一步了解肿瘤的发展及转归。
