Liu Xiguang E-mail:yihehandsome@126.com摘要:早期疗效的判断对鼻咽癌的治疗及患者的预后有重要意义。磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)作为一种快速成像技术,它以表观扩散系数(ADC)定量分析组织水分子弥散程度的变化,从而准确诊断鼻咽癌微小病变、评价放疗早期疗效及观察预后。随着MRI及数据分析技术的不断完善和进步,DWI在鼻咽癌的诊断和治疗中显示出更加广阔的应用前景。
