摘要：滋养层细胞表面蛋白2（TROP2）是一种细胞表面糖蛋白，因为仅在滋养层细胞表面高表达而得名。最近研究发现TROP2蛋白在很多人类上皮性肿瘤中也存在高表达，而且与患者的预后有关，但其具体的作用机制目前仍不清楚。

Abstract:TROP2 (trophoblastic cell surface protein 2), a cell-surface glycoprotein, is named after its high expression only in trophoblast cells. Recent studies found that TROP2 protein is overexpressed in a variety of human epithelial cancers, and it is associated with the prognosis. However, the mechanism is still not clear.
