摘要:G蛋白偶联受体30(GPR30)是一种新鉴定的雌激素功能性膜受体,介导雌激素的快速非基因组效应,从而广泛参与机体的病理生理调控,尤其在激素相关性恶性肿瘤中的的发生发展过程中起重要作用。

Abstract:G protein-coupled receptor 30 (GPR30), a sort of novel functional estrogen transmembrane receptor, extensively participate in the pathological and physiological regulation by mediating the rapid non-genomic effects of the estrogen, which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of the hormone-related malignant neoplasms.
