摘要:Vasohibin-1(VASH1)是新近发现的在血管内皮细胞中由血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、成纤维生长因子-2(FGF-2)等诱导产生的具有负反馈调节血管生成作用的蛋白因子。近年来研究表明,Vasohibin-1在多种肿瘤血管生成中扮演着重要的角色,提示其有望成为相关肿瘤诊断和治疗的分子标志物以及分子靶向治疗的有效蛋白因子。

Abstract:Vasohibin-1(VASH1),which is induced in response to angiogenic stimuli such as vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and fibroblast growth factor (FGF)-2, has recently been isolated as a novel negative feedback inhibitor of angiogenesis.Several studies have demonstrated that VASH1 plays important roles in the development of various tumors and it would potentially be a biomarker and a candidate for molecular targeted therapy for patients with cancer in the future.
