摘要：肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体（TRAIL）及受体能在肝癌细胞中特异性地表达，并通过死亡受体特异性地诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡；TRAIL联合放疗、化疗能有效地克服肿瘤细胞的TRAIL耐受，促进肿瘤细胞凋亡，同时TRAIL的基因治疗在抗肿瘤临床治疗上已得到广泛的应用。

Abstract:Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligands (TRAIL) and its receptors can specifically express inhepatocellular carcinomacells. TRAIL can specifically induce tumor cells apoptosis through death receptors (DRs); TRAIL combined radiation and chemotherapy can effectively overcome the TRAIL resistance of tumor cells, and promote the apoptosis of tumor cells, meanwhile the gene therapy of TRAIL on anti-tumor clinical treatment has been widely used.
