新辅助治疗在食管胃结合部腺癌中的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：食管胃结合部腺癌单纯手术治疗效果并不理想，预后较差，目前尚缺乏专门针对食管胃结合部腺癌的标准治疗方案。新辅助治疗包括新辅助放疗、化疗及新辅助放化疗，它们在食管胃结合部腺癌治疗中的应用及疗效仍存在争议。
