摘要:作为一种大豆活性提取物和天然的酪氨酸激酶抑制剂,染料木素与多种恶性肿瘤如乳腺癌、卵巢癌和前列腺癌等的发生发展密切相关。体内外研究表明染料木素能通过与雌激素受体结合抑制癌细胞增殖、侵袭转移,诱导凋亡和抗血管新生,从而发挥抗癌作用,提示染料木素可能成为今后临床治疗肿瘤的一种新药。
