摘要：微小RNA-335（miR-335）的低表达在许多肿瘤中提示预后不良，如胃癌、乳腺癌、肺癌等一系列实体肿瘤。低表达的miR-335可促进肿瘤转移和进展，并且与组织学分级、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期显著相关，为肿瘤的诊治提供了新的思路。

Abstract:The low expression of microRNA-335 (miR-335) indicates poor prognosis in many types of cancer, such as gastric cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer and other solid tumors. The low expression of miR-335 can promote tumor metastasis and progression, and is associated with histological grading, lymph node metastasis and tumor staging, which provids a new way of thinking for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
