Received:2019-01-10Revised:2019-02-10Online:2019-04-08Published:2019-05-29摘要：胰腺实性假乳头状瘤（SPTP）是一种较为罕见的低度恶性胰腺肿瘤，多见于年轻女性。河北医科大学第四医院收治1例SPTP，其病程进展迅速实属罕见，现对该病例进行详细描述并复习相关文献，以提高对该肿瘤的认识。
