摘要:淋巴瘤骨髓浸润对疾病的诊断、分期、治疗方案选择及预后评估至关重要,常规部位的骨髓活检为主要检测手段,但假阴性率高。18氟脱氧葡萄糖-正电子发射计算机断层显像(18F-FDG PET-CT)将形态学与功能代谢整合在一起,具有高敏感性、高特异性及功能显像的优点,18F-FDG PET-CT为淋巴瘤骨髓浸润的诊断、疾病分期及预后评估提供了新的途径。
