摘要:
随着加速康复外科(ERAS)理念及路径的深入发展以及相关研究证实其有效性和可行性,ERAS在临床实践中得到了更广泛的应用。近年来研究表明,ERAS逐渐应用于胃肠外科,通过诊疗方案的最优化,包括术前准备、麻醉方案、手术方式、术后康复等,在围手术期可一定程度提升胃癌患者的临床诊疗效果,降低手术风险,且在减少术后应激反应中发挥重要作用。为加快胃癌术后恢复速度,ERAS已引起人们的高度关注。
