摘要:Wnt/β-catenin信号通路参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移,并且诱导肿瘤的耐药,是介导组织癌变的关键通路。体外实验表明,靶向抑制Wnt/β-catenin能够增强化疗药物的敏感性。因此对Wnt/β-catenin介导肿瘤耐药的深入研究将为肿瘤的治疗提供可能途径和潜在靶点。
