Cullin1 and malignant tumors

Abstract:Cullin1 is a member of the cullin genome. The cullin1 assembly complex has typical ubiquitin ligase activity, and mediates cell cycle proteins, especially cancer-associated protein degradation process, an then effectively regulates the cell cycle progression. Cullin1 play an important role in the genesis and development of malignant tumors.
