Abstract:Genes associated with retinoid-interferon mortality(GRIM) are a group of genes, and GRIM-19 is one of the core genes. Studies have found that GRIM-19 is down-regulated in many types of tumors, and may be a new type of tumor suppressor and a new target for chemotherapy in tumors.
