Abstract:Angiogenesis plays a critical role in growth and metastasis of lung cancer. The strongest tumor angiogenesis factor known is the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Therefore, anti-VEGF therapy which can restrain tumor angiogenesis is an important form of the targeted therapy of lung cancer.
