研究口腔鳞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中生存素(Survivin)的表达及其在血管生成中的作用。
采用免疫组织化学方法,检测OSCC标本中Survivin、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及CD34的表达,并测定其微血管密度值(MVD)。SPSS22.0软件行统计学分析。
106例OSCC组织中,Survivin与COX-2、VEGF表达明显相关(P< 0.05)。Survivin阳性组MVD值高于阴性组(P< 0.01)。
Survivin促进了OSCC组织的血管生成,COX-2和VEGF参加了其作用。
