摘要: 目的

研究食管鳞状细胞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)术后肿瘤病理标本和癌旁正常组织标本生长抑制特异性蛋白6(Gas6)和Axl的表达水平及与肿瘤标志物的关联性。

方法

随机抽取河北医科大学第四医院ESCC患者术后病理标本各20例,使用常规免疫组织化学法及免疫组织荧光法分别检测选取组织的Gas6和Axl表达水平,同时检测ESCC患者的肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCC)和细胞角蛋白19片段抗原21-1(CYFRA21-1),并且分析Gas6、Axl表达水平与肿瘤标志物的相关性。

结果

ESCC肿瘤病理标本Gas6和Axl表达水平明显高于癌旁正常组织标本,且Gas6和Axl表达水平与肿瘤标志物CEA、SCC和CYFRA21-1水平呈正相关。

结论

Gas6和Axl是ESCC侵袭、转移及预后监测的重要指标,同肿瘤标志物联合检测的敏感性更高,可为抑制ESCC侵袭和转移提供更多联合指标和依据。

Abstract: Objective

To observe the expressions of Gas6 and Axl in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) tissues and adjacent normal tissues, and to evaluate their correlations with tumor markers.

Methods

Twenty postoperative pathological tissues of ESCC were collected randomly in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University (Hebei Cancer Institute). First, the expressions of Gas6 and Axl were detected by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence in ESCC. Then, three tumor markers of ESCC (CEA, SCC and CYFRA21-1) were all detected. Finally, the correlations were analyzed between Gas6, Axl and these tumor markers.

Results

The expression levels of Gas6 and Axl in ESCC tissues were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the expressions of Gas6 and Axl were positively correlated with the values of three tumor markers.

Conclusion

The Gas6 and Axl are both important targets for monitoring the invasion, metastasis and prognosis of ESCC. They can be more sensitive in combination with tumor markers. These results provide more combined targets and evidence for inhibiting the invasion and metastasis of ESCC.
