卵巢肿瘤是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,其组织病理学表现多样,早期诊断对提高患者生存率至关重要,对于一些恶性指征不明确的肿瘤,需要借助超声造影等多方面检查综合评价,本文总结超声造影联合卵巢附件超声报告和数据系统(ovarian-adnexal reporting and data system, O-RADS)在诊断卵巢肿瘤方面的文献,阐述其在卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中的最新进展,以期更好地开展临床工作。
