心外膜脂肪组织(epicardial adipose tissue, EAT)是位于心脏外表面的一层脂肪组织。研究表明, EAT可以分泌多种激素和细胞因子,并参与调节心脏的生理状态,在心血管疾病的发病机制中起到了重要作用,其过度积累和炎症反应会增加心血管疾病的风险,包括高血压病、冠心病、瓣膜钙化及心脏衰竭等。本文就EAT与左心房的构型和功能的关系作一综述。
