2021-08-31摘要:固有淋巴细胞(innate lymphoid cells,ILCs)是十多年前才发现的免疫系统“新兵”,是一类新型固有免疫细胞,是免疫系统的重要组成部分。它们在调节机体组织区域免疫反应和稳态维持方面发挥重要作用。根据ILCs表达的转录因子和分泌的细胞因子的不同可以将其分为三个不同类群:ILC1s、ILC2s以及ILC3s。其中ILC3s主要存在于肠道,并通过参与促进淋巴器官形成、维持上皮屏障完整、调节肠道炎症、促进抗菌反应等方面来维持肠道黏膜区域免疫的稳态。本文将对ILC3s的发育、特性以及在肠道区域免疫系统中的病理生理功能做一综述,概括当前ILC3s的主要研究进展。
