Advances in imaging study of pulmonary ground-glass nodules

摘要:

肺癌是严重威胁人类生命健康的恶性肿瘤之一,随着低剂量CT筛查的广泛应用,以肺磨玻璃结节(ground glass nodule, GGN)为早期特征的肺癌越来越多。早期肺癌的诊治,尤其是高危肺GGN的定性诊断,是目前患者、临床医师最为关注的焦点问题。近年来,临床上围绕肺GGN的检查技术有了较大进展,本文回顾总结对比了X线、CT、PET成像及MRI技术在肺GGN诊断中的优缺点及相应的肺GGN良恶性影像学特征,发现肺CT检查技术是高危肺GGN最有价值的影像学检查方法,各种CT检查技术的搭配使用可以明显提高高危肺GGN的检出率并明确诊断。

Abstract:

Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors that threaten human life and health seriouslyand the wide application of low-dose CT helps detect more and more lung cancers characterized by ground-glass nodules. Therefore, early lung cancer diagnosis and treatment, particularly qualitative diagnosis of high-risk pulmonary ground glass nodules, are currently the focus of the patients and clinicians. In recent years, there has been significant progress in the clinical examination of pulmonary ground-glass nodules. This article reviews and compares the advantages and disadvantages of X-ray, CT, PET imaging and MRI in the diagnosis of pulmonary ground-glass nodules and the corresponding imaging features. The imaging characteristics of benign and malignant ground-glass nodules show that lung CT examination technology is the most useful imaging method for high-risk pulmonary ground-glass nodules. Combining different CT examination techniques can significantly improve the detection and diagnosis of high-risk pulmonary ground-glass nodules.
