Abstract:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeonol in cortex moutan and paeonol ointment of different markets. Methods: HPLC method was adopted,the HPLC column was hypersil C18(250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μ m), the mobile phase was methanol water (64︰36), the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, the injection volume was 20 μL, the column temperature was room temperature (22-25℃), and the detection wavelength was 277 nm. Results: The linear relationship between the concentration of Paeonol and the peak area was good in the range of 5~150 μg·mL-1(r= 0.999 6); the recovery of paeonol was 95.37%, 96.22% and 101.07% respectively, and the RSD of low, medium and high concentrations were 0.84%, 0.76% and 0.75%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of paeonol in cortex moutan and different paeonol ointment.

摘要:目的 建立测定中药牡丹皮及不同市售丹皮酚软膏中丹皮酚含量的HPLC法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水(64︰36),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,进样量20 μL,柱温为室温(22~25 ℃),检测波长为277 nm。结果 丹皮酚在5~150 μg·mL-1范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 6);丹皮酚的加样回收率分别为95.37%,96.22%,101.07%,低、中、高三个浓度的RSD为0.84%、0.76%、0.75%。结论 HPLC法操作简便,准确度、精密度及重现性等较好,可用于测定牡丹皮及不同市售丹皮酚软膏中丹皮酚的含量。
