Abstract

Abstract:

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effectiveness of ozone autologous blood combined with conventional therapy for pain in the acute phase of herpes zoster and to analyze its effect on related cytokines.MethodsA total of 60 patients with the acute stage of shingles in the pain department of Tai'an Central Hospital from September 2021 to July 2022 were selected， and randomized into two groups： conventional treatment group （group A） with oral duloxetine hydrochloride， erixib， pregabalin， intravenous sodium foscarnet， methylcobalamin injection， and paravertebral nerve radiofrequency pulse therapy， and ozone autologous blood combined with conventional therapy treatment group （group B） with ozone autologous blood therapy added to the usual treatment group. The levels of IL-2， IL-6 and TNF-α in serum before and after treatment were compared.Results1. The VAS score and ES score after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups， and the decrease in group B was more significant than that in group A （P< 0.05）. （2） The serum IL-2 level of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment， and the increase in group B was significantly higher than that in group A （P< 0.05）. The serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were lower than those before treatment， and the decrease in group B was more significant （P< 0.05）.ConclusionOzone autologous blood therapy can effectively relieve the pain of acute herpes zoster， increase the level of serum IL-2， and reduce the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α.

摘要：

目的评估臭氧自体血联合常规疗法对于带状疱疹急性期疼痛的临床效果，并分析其对相关细胞因子的影响。方法选择2021年9月到2022年7月就诊于泰安市中心医院疼痛科的带状疱疹急性期患者60例。随机分为2组，常规治疗组（A组）：采用口服盐酸度洛西汀、艾瑞昔布、普瑞巴林，静脉给予膦甲酸钠注射液、甲钴胺注射液，及椎旁神经射频脉冲治疗；臭氧自体血联合常规疗法治疗组（B组）：在常规治疗组基础上加用臭氧自体血疗法。比较2组患者治疗前、后疼痛视觉模拟评分（visual analogue scale，VAS）、情绪评分（emotional scale，ES）及治疗前、治疗后患者血清中白细胞介素‐2（interleukin‐2， IL‐2）、白细胞介素‐6（interleukin‐6， IL‐6）、肿瘤坏死因子‐α（tumor necrosis factor‐α， TNF‐α）的水平。结果两组患者治疗后VAS评分及ES评分均较治疗前下降，B组下降较A组显著，差异有统计学意义（P< 0.05）； 2组患者治疗后血清IL‐2水平均较治疗前升高，B组升高较A组显著，差异有统计学意义（P< 0.05）；血清IL‐6及TNF‐α水平均较治疗前下降，B组下降更为显著，差异有统计学意义（P< 0.05）。结论臭氧自体血疗法联合常规治疗可以有效缓解带状疱疹急性期疼痛，升高血清IL‐2的水平，降低血清IL‐6及TNF‐α的水平。
