摘要:分泌型卷曲相关蛋白(SFRP)可通过卷曲蛋白抑制Wnt信号通路的表达,SFRP基因启动子甲基化沉默与多种肿瘤的发生和转移相关,如结肠癌、胃癌、肝癌、肺癌、卵巢癌等。多项研究发现SFRP具有潜在的临床价值,有望成为癌症基因诊断与治疗的新靶点。

Abstract:Secreted frizzledrelated protein (SFRP) can inhibit the expression of Wnt signaling pathway through Frizzled protein. The silencing of SFRP gene promoter methylation is associated with the occurrence and metastasis of many cancers such as colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, liver carcinoma, lung cancer and ovarian cancer. Several studies have found that SFRP gene has latent clinical value, which is expected to become the novel target for the gene diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
