Kong Lingbin E-mail:klb3904@163.com摘要:Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路与人类多种肿瘤的发生密切相关,已有研究报道Hh通路在大肠癌的发生、转移和治疗中均起到重要作用。目前在大肠癌组织和细胞中都检测到了Hh通路相关成员的高表达,抑制此通路后大肠癌细胞的侵袭和转移能力明显降低,以Hh通路为靶点治疗大肠癌已成为当前研究的热点。
