摘要:幽门螺杆菌感染可引起一系列微小RNA(miRNA)表达失调,这些异常表达的miRNA可通过调节细胞增殖、分化、凋亡和侵袭等过程参与胃癌的发生、发展。明确各种miRNA在幽门螺杆菌致胃癌过程中的作用靶标和调节通路将为胃癌的早期诊断、个体化治疗及预后判断提供新的方向。

Abstract:Helicobacter pylori infection can cause a series of microRNAs (miRNAs) disorders. These abnormal expressions of miRNAs can participate in the genesis and development of Helicobacter pyloriassociated gastric carcinoma through regulating cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Identifying the targets and regulatory pathways of various miRNAs in the development of Helicobacter pyloriassociated gastric cancer will provide a new direction for early diagnosis, prognosis and individualized treatment of gastric cancer.
