摘要: 目的

分析脓毒症急性肾损伤的研究热点、研究力量分布,把握研究的发展趋势。

方法

以中国知网近二十年发表的脓毒症急性肾损伤的1 023篇文献作为研究对象,借助CiteSpace V进行可视化分析。

结果

我国脓毒症急性肾损伤的研究呈发展趋势,研究力量集中在高等院校及其附属医院,研究热点包括疾病特点、预后、危险因素、治疗方式的研究、机制、药物、早期诊断等方面。

结论

脓毒症急性肾损伤的研究不断发展,作者间更趋于合作化,机构间合作仍较少,存在发展不平衡问题,发病机制、肾替代治疗的时机和方式及生物标志物的探索是接下来的研究热点和方向。

Abstract: Objective

To analyze the research hot spot and research power distribution of acute renal injury in sepsis, and to grasp the development trend of the research.

Methods

A total of 1 023 articles about sepsis-induced acute renal injury published in CNKI in recent 20 years were used as the study object, and CiteSpace V was used to analyze the data.

Results

Theresearch on acute renal injury caused by sepsis in China is developing, and the research strength is concentrated in colleges and universities and their affiliated hospitals, research focuses include disease characteristics, prognosis, risk factors, treatment methods, mechanisms, drugs, early diagnosis and so on.

Conclusion

The study of acute renal injury in sepsis is developing, the authors tend to cooperate with each other, the cooperation between institutions is still less, and there is an imbalance in development, the exploration of pathogenesis, timing and mode of renal replacement therapy and biomarkers is the next research focus and direction.
