比较Mersilene带及10号丝线两组不同材料用于经阴紧急宫颈环扎术的临床疗效。
将2018年1月至2021年12月于betway必威登陆网址 第一附属医院行紧急宫颈环扎的患者按照环扎线为Mersilene带或10号丝线分为两组:Mersilene带组27例与10号丝线组59例,共86例,比较两组环扎患者的延长妊娠天数、新生儿存活率、胎膜早破发生率、绒毛膜羊膜炎发生率。
86例患者中,Mersilene带组与10号丝线组在绒毛膜羊膜炎发生率、宫内感染率、胎膜早破发生率、延长孕周天数、新生儿存活率、分娩孕周方面差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。
Mersilene带及10号丝线均可作为宫颈机能不全孕妇行紧急宫颈环扎的环扎材料,且均能不同程度的延长分娩孕周,提高新生儿存活率。
