摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的

比较Mersilene带及10号丝线两组不同材料用于经阴紧急宫颈环扎术的临床疗效。

方法

将2018年1月至2021年12月于betway必威登陆网址第一附属医院行紧急宫颈环扎的患者按照环扎线为Mersilene带或10号丝线分为两组：Mersilene带组27例与10号丝线组59例，共86例，比较两组环扎患者的延长妊娠天数、新生儿存活率、胎膜早破发生率、绒毛膜羊膜炎发生率。

结果

86例患者中，Mersilene带组与10号丝线组在绒毛膜羊膜炎发生率、宫内感染率、胎膜早破发生率、延长孕周天数、新生儿存活率、分娩孕周方面差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。

结论

Mersilene带及10号丝线均可作为宫颈机能不全孕妇行紧急宫颈环扎的环扎材料，且均能不同程度的延长分娩孕周，提高新生儿存活率。

Abstract: Objective

To investigate the clinical efficacy of Mersilene band and No. 10 silk thread in emergency cervical cervical ligation.

Methods

Patients who underwent emergency cervical cervix ligation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from January 2018 to December 2021 were divided into two groups according to the Mersilene band or no. 10 silk thread： There were 27 cases in the Mersilene band group and 59 cases in the No. 10 silk thread group， at a total of 86 cases. The prolonged gestation days， neonatal survival rate， incidence of premature rupture of membranes， incidence of chorioamnitis and changes of inflammatory indicators were analyzed and compared between the two groups.

Results

Among the 86 patients， there was no significant difference between Mersilene band group and No. 10 silk thread group in the incidence of chorioamnitis， intrauterine infection rate， premature rupture of membranes， extended gestation days， neonatal survival rate and gestational age （P> 0.05）.

Conclusion

Both Mersilene band and No. 10 silk thread can be used as emergency cervical ligation materials for pregnant women with cervical dysfunction， and both can prolong the gestational age and improve the survival rate of newborns to varying degrees.
