溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的发病率在世界范围内呈逐年增加的趋势,被WHO列为难治性疾病之一。UC的发病原因尚未得到透彻的认知,除腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便等典型肠道表现外,还可伴发多器官、多系统的肠外表现,严重影响患者的生活、工作。此外,长病程的UC患者罹患结肠癌的风险较高,给患者造成巨大的心理压力,影响身心健康。对UC的研究日益深入,相较于临床研究和动物实验研究,UC的体外实验数量较少。笔者通过查阅近年来国内外相关文献,围绕UC模型细胞株、致炎剂的选择以及模型建立的评价标准进行了归纳,为今后UC体外实验中细胞模型的建立和应用提供一定的参考。
