椎体强化术后骨水泥分布评价标准

摘要:

经皮椎体强化术是骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的常规治疗方式。术后伤椎内的骨水泥分布作为影响其治疗效果的重要因素,与术后疼痛缓解、术后椎体再塌陷、相邻椎体骨折、骨水泥渗漏和后凸畸形复发等并发症关系密切。目前学界对于骨水泥分布效果的评价指标尚未形成统一标准。本文按照纳入文献中骨水泥评价标准的制定方式将其分为形态评价组、分区评价组与量化评价组,并对评价椎体强化术后骨水泥分布效果的现有研究进行系统性综述,旨在梳理出适用于不同应用情况下的椎体强化术后椎体内骨水泥分布评价方法,以期为进一步探索骨水泥伤椎内分布评价标准提供思路。

Abstract:

Percutaneous vertebral augmentation, as a routine treatment for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, has been widely used in clinical practice. The vertebral bone cement distribution, as an important factor of the treatment effect, has close relationship with postoperative pain relief, postoperative vertebral body collapse, adjacent vertebral fractures, bone cement leakage and complications such as protrusion deformity recurrence. However, a unified standard for the effect of bone cement distribution evaluation index has not yet been formed in the current academic circles. In this paper, according to the formulation of evaluation standards for bone cement included in all the literaturete, evaluation index are divided into morphological evaluation group, the distribution of evaluation and quantitative evaluation group, and the effect of vertebral strengthening postoperative bone cement distribution is systematically reviewed in order to sort out the evaluation methods for the distribution of bone cement in the vertebral body after vertebral augmentation surgery in different applications, so as to provide some ideas for further exploration of the evaluation criteria for the distribution of bone cement in the vertebral body after vertebral augmentation surgery.
