骨质疏松症是中老年人最常见的骨骼疾病,主要特征为骨量减少、骨质量下降、骨微结构退化导致骨强度降低。骨质疏松性骨折是骨质疏松症的常见并发症之一,患病率较高,老年人居多,尤其以绝经后的大龄妇女最为多见,其特点为骨质量差、易发生再次骨折、常伴随疼痛与活动受限。及时的预防与合理的治疗,对降低骨质疏松性骨折的发病率及减轻患者的痛苦至关重要。常见的预防措施有饮食、药物等方式,治疗方式则以手术治疗为主,本文主要从骨质疏松性骨折的预防措施、手术治疗方式及临床疗效等方面阐述骨质疏松性骨折的临床治疗与预防研究进展。
