摘要/Abstract

摘要：

出血性膀胱炎（hemorrhagic cystitis，HC）是异基因造血干细胞移植后的常见并发症，严重影响异基因造血干细胞移植患者的生存质量，甚至可能降低预期生存率。HC目前尚无统一规范的治疗方法，且现有治疗疗效有限，尤其对于临床分级II度及以上的HC，疗效欠佳。间充质干细胞（mesenchymal stem cells，MSCs）因其低免疫原性及强大的组织修复能力，在造血干细胞移植中显示出较大的应用前景，已被广泛应用于临床，在HC治疗方面也取得了较好的疗效。
