摘要/Abstract

摘要：

幽门螺杆菌（helicobacter pylori，HP）是一种可导致胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌、胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤等疾病的革兰阴性细菌。HP感染增加胃肠道疾病的发病率，钾离子竞争性酸阻滞剂、益生菌、维生素D、中药和杨梅素在抗HP或协同抗HP方面有显著优势。本文结合最新文献将HP的治疗进展作一概述。

Abstract:

Helicobacter pylori （HP） is a kind of gram-negative bacteria that can cause gastritis， peptic ulcer， gastric cancer and lymphatic tissue lymphoma associated with gastric mucosa and other diseases. Its presense increases the incidence of gastric diseases， therefore， the treatment of HP infection has become a research hotspot of many scholars. This article summarizes the treatment progress of HP based on the latest literature. The results show that potassiumcompetitive acid blocker， probiotics， vitamin D， traditional Chinese medicine and myricetin have significant advantages in anti-HP or synergistic anti-HP
