摘要/Abstract

摘要：

食管黏膜下肿瘤早期通常无症状，常在内镜检查时偶然发现，随着内镜检查技术的广泛应用和发展，食管黏膜下肿瘤发现率和诊断准确率显著提升。既往通常选择随访观察或外科切除，现因内镜技术的发展，食管黏膜下肿瘤开始选择早期内镜切除。内镜下黏膜切除术、内镜黏膜下剥离术、经黏膜下隧道内镜肿瘤切除术等术式创伤小、恢复快、并发症少，逐渐取代随访和外科手术成为食管黏膜下肿瘤的主要治疗方法。本文就食管黏膜下肿瘤的内镜诊断和治疗进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Early esophageal submucosal tumors are usually asymptomatic and often found by chance during endoscopy. With the wide application and development of endoscopic technology， the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of esophageal submucosal tumors have significantly improved. In the past， follow-up observation or surgical resection was usually chosen. Endoscopic mucosal resection， endoscopic submucosal dissection， and submucosaltunneling endoscopic resection have gradually replaced follow-up and surgery as the main treatment methods for esophageal submucosal tumors with less trauma， faster recovery and fewer complications. This article briefly reviews the progress of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of esophageal submucosal tumors.
