阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)在心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)患者中非常普遍,在AF的发病机制中起着重要作用。AF患者中OSA的存在与症状的严重程度和住院风险增加有关。此外,未经治疗的OSA与消融或心律转复后AF复发的风险增加相关。观察性研究表明,持续气道正压(continuous positive airway pressure,CPAP)治疗可以降低这种风险。本文就OSA和AF之间关系、OSA诱发AF的可能机制以及CPAP治疗作一综述,为OSA合并AF患者的临床治疗提供新思路。
