心脑血管疾病(cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease)已成为严重危害我国老年人群健康的重大疾病。睡眠是人类生活中不可或缺的一部分,是心脑血管健康的重要调节因素。越来越多的证据表明睡眠障碍是心脑血管疾病发生与进展的重要危险因素之一。睡眠障碍引起心脑血管疾病的可能机制主要包括自主神经功能紊乱、内分泌及代谢异常、氧化应激、炎症反应、内皮细胞功能失调、血小板激活和高凝状态、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的激活等。本文对睡眠障碍与心脑血管疾病二者之间的相关性以及可能的神经机制进行综述,期望为研究心脑血管疾病提供新视野。
