摘要:

程序性细胞死亡分子5(programmed cell death 5, PDCD5)是程序性细胞死亡分子家族成员之一。PDCD5在肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌肿瘤组织中表达下调,并与患者生存率呈正相关。PDCD5主要通过TP53依赖性细胞凋亡、TGF-β/smad信号途径以及TAJ/TROY诱导的类凋亡方式调控肿瘤细胞,从而影响肿瘤进展。本文就消化系统肿瘤发展与PDCD5的关系及其机制研究作一综述。

Abstract:

Programmed cell death 5 (PDCD5) is a member of the programmed cell death gene family. The expression of PDCD5 is down-regulated in digestive system tumors including liver cancer, gastric cancer and colorectal cancer. PDCD5 is positively correlated with the survival rate of patients with digestive system tumors. PDCD5 affects tumor progression mainly by means of TP53-dependent apoptosis, TGF-β/smad signaling pathway and TAJ/TROY-induced apoptosis-like pathway. This article reviews the relationship between PDCD5 and the development of digestive system cancers and the related molecular mechanism of PDCD5.
