Psychological status and influencing factors of children with systemic lupus rythematosus

Abstract

Abstract:

Systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） is a chronic multisystem diseases with rapid development and poor prognosis. Children have a more serious condition than adults and they also have serious psychological disorders. Some achievements have been made in the research and intervention of mental state of adult SLE patients at home and abroad， but the related research on children patients has not been carried out. This paper reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad to sort out the psychological status and influencing factors of children with systemic lupus erythematosus （cSLE） in order to explore the necessity of psychological intervention for cSLE patients.

摘要：

系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种慢性多系统疾病，病情发展快，预后差，儿童病情较成人更严重，并且存在严重的心理障碍。国内外对成人SLE患者心理状态的研究及干预已取得了一定成果，但对儿童患者尚未开展相关研究。本综述查阅国内外相关文献对儿童系统性红斑狼疮（cSLE）患者心理现状、影响因素进行梳理，旨在探讨对cSLE患者进行心理干预的必要性。
