摘要：生长抑制因子(ING) 4是抑癌因子家族的重要成员，在多种人恶性肿瘤中呈显著低表达，参与调节肿瘤发生、细胞周期、细胞凋亡、DNA修复、血管生成等多个过程，对肿瘤的进程和预后产生重要影响。ING4有望成为评估肿瘤预后的指标及肿瘤治疗的新靶点。

Abstract:Inhibitor of growth 4 (ING4) is an important member of anti-oncogene family. The expression of ING4 is significantly lower in many malignancies. ING4 involves in multiple processes, such as tumorigenesis, regulation of cell cycle, cell apoptosis, DNA repair and angiogenesis, which have a significant impact on the progression and prognosis of tumor. ING4 may serve as a promising prognostic maker as well as a potential therapeutic target for cancer.
